FeaturePlus is a hosted IP telephony solution that provides a range of features over a broadband connection using existing analogue adapters. Customers can keep their existing BT number.
The product prioritises voice traffic and is ideal for small to medium enterprises with 1-50 employees, home and remote workers.
The service is available via an analogue terminal adapter box (for transportability) or an IP phone (with fewer wires). As the numbers are pre-configured calls can be received remotely including abroad at UK local rates.
